In such a case, its obligations shall be suspended for so long as the Force Majeure event continues. "Force Majeure Event" means any event due to any cause beyond the reasonable control of Finshoppe, including and without limitations the unavailability of any communication systems, breach, or virus in the processes or payment or delivery mechanism, sabotage, fire, flood, explosion, acts of God, civil commotions, strikes or industrial action of any kind, riots, insurrection, war, acts of the government, computer hacking, unauthorized access to computer data and storage devices, computer crashes, malfunctioning in the computer terminal, or the systems getting affected by any malicious, destructive or corrupting code or program, mechanical or technical errors/failures or power shutdown, faults or failures in telecommunication, etc. You understand and accept that Finshoppe has the absolute discretion to amend or supplement any of the terms at any time, and will give prior notice of 30 days for such changes. The changed terms and conditions shall be communicated to you on the website, and by other acceptable modes of communication. By using Finshoppe's services, you shall be deemed to have accepted the changed terms and conditions. You accept that the Courts in Hyderabad alone shall have exclusive jurisdiction as regards any claims or matters arising out of dealings with Finshoppe All disputes will be governed by the laws of India. You understand and agree that these terms are in addition to, and not in derogation of, the applicable terms and conditions relating to your usage of any Finshoppe services that you may be currently availing, or may avail in the future.

Billing and Cancellation
Billing Cycle. The membership fee for Finshoppe.com and any other charges you may incur in connection with your use of the service, such as taxes and possible transaction fees, will be charged every year to your Payment Method on the calendar day corresponding to the commencement of the paying portion of your membership. We may start monthly payment options in the future and will update this accordingly.
Payment Methods. We use Razor pay services for payment methods. We do not save or intend to save any of your financial data. You will have to manually renew your membership after 1 year.
Changes to the Price and Subscription Plans. We may change our subscription plans and the price of our service from time to time; however, any price changes or changes to our subscription plans will apply to you no earlier than 30 days following notice to you.
As the original purchaser of content sold on Finshopee, you are entitled to access and use the content which is identified in the course and which is on the Finshopee website, at www.finshoppe.com ("Website"). To access and use this content, you must register with Finshopee and create a password to use in accessing the content on the Website. Your password is unique and exclusive to you, and you may not transfer your password to any other person or allow any other person to use your password to access or use the content on the Website.
